		<description>I think it depends on the setting. If this were a one-time report, then I would agree with you. 

However, one of these reports is weekly, and the other is monthly. Readers see these reports all the time, and there&#039;ll be no chance of confusion. 

But in either case, the report should explain what the percentage after the bar means. If the report uses only one of these figures, I would put the caption below the figure, probably using Arial Narrow, 8 pts. If the report uses several such figures, I would put the note in a Legend box in the report.</description>

we can show  the cumulative percentage  on another colume by the right of the bar chart.</description>
